Hi, I'm a Service Advisor at City Auto Murfreesboro. I've been in the automotive industry for ten years, originally from Broussard, Louisiana. I graduated from Summit High School. Outside of work, I enjoy gaming, spending time with my loved ones, and I'm starting a sneaker collection. I'm a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. My fiancée is a hospice nurse—a truly amazing person. I'd describe myself as dependable and hardworking.

One of the nicest people I have met there. I was early for my appointment and he walked up to my car and asked what he could do for me. He moved me and waiyed on me amnyway. I like doing business with nice people.

I got expired tags on the loader before even leaving the dealership. My first experience was sitting in the waiting room for 1 hour thinking the car was being updated and it was a bad sensor and part to be ordered and exactly had to go check if was updated to find car outside and us never told it was sitting there

Nice but didn’t solve the problem on the road noise of a tire that’s still making a roaring noise/thumping sound He balanced the tires which was not done at my previous visit of service. I mentioned one of the tires was out of round or belt separation. He replied they didn’t see any problems. Went on to say most time people chat these tires around 25,000 miles. Didn’t attempt to check for an out of round tire I don’t believe. Was willing to sell me a new set. With 17,000 miles don’t think I’m going that route just yet. Dissatisfied with my experience at the service department and I live an hour and a half away !
