Maksim was great to deal with. He did a great job and made the purchase smooth. They even went out of their way to purchase 2 new tires for my vehicle due to a blemish on 2 of them. My ONLY - but BIG - issue with the dealership was a few days after I got home I noticed something with my passenger door (I am the driver of the vehicle so I rarely get into the passenger side) and took it to a body shop and they told me the door has been damaged, taken off, fixed and repainted and showed me the proof on the vehicle. City Auto offers a 30 day warranty so I called to let them know it had an issue and someone needed to fix my car door. They bluntly told me since the AutoCheck was clean they couldn't do anything about it. There is no law that states accidents/repairs has to show up on a AutoCheck/CarFax. So because the AutoCheck was clear, they would not help me get it fixed - even though I sent pictures of the door not aligning due to a accident. I am stuck with a $70,000 that nobody at the dealership would help me fix. Just make sure to know that just because the AutoCheck comes back 'CLEAN' that doesn't mean an accident hasn't happened!
