About Derek
Born and raised in Cookeville, TN. Married with a loving wife and two children that I couldn't be prouder of, oldest lead her band as the Drum Major to many 1st places in High School and now has joined the Air Force. The youngest will graduate High School 2 years early and will move into college soon. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, I am the Service and Parts Director here at City Auto Mitsubishi. My focus has always been on building a positive and supportive work environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to work—a true brother/sisterhood. I'm passionate about providing exceptional customer service, creating a "red carpet" experience for every guest, and achieving top customer satisfaction. My approach is honest and compassionate, ensuring we get the job done, no matter what. I've completed factory training for Honda, Nissan, Subaru, Hyundai, Chrysler, GM, and now Mitsubishi at City Auto Mitsubishi, along with manufacture suppliers training and holding a Master EXCEL certificate. Outside of work, you'll find me enjoying family time, gaming, or backpacking/camping. I'm always up for discussing sports (college and pro), automotive news, or the latest games.
